Management
Reji K Kollinal
Reji K Kollinal is the founder of IT Bridge. He has been providing the strategic directions to the company since its inception in 2004. He personally involves in senior level searches and client acquisitions. Relationship Building is his passion. He is an M Tech in Computer Science from Cochin University of Science and Technology. He holds an MA in Rural Development also. He started his career as software engineer in 1997 and has worked in multiple domains and technology. Apart from business strategy, he actively engages with Information Systems Research, ICT4D and Rural Development.
Deepak V Menon
A Statistics Graduate with PG Diploma in Multimedia & Computer Applications, Deepak Started his carreer in Infotainment and Advertising Industry. He has built a strong base in IT & ITES Domain working with Global IT Solution providers. He is highly talented in managing business in multiple global locations in off-shore back office hub model. He has excellent consulting expertise in ISO/Cmmi implementations and Certification. With more than 2 decades of Industry experience in Customer engagement ,Human resources, Recruitment, Deepak is leading our team to provide strategic and innovative HR Solutions to our clients.
